Wow Uber, what an amazing change. You should be so proud of what you have achieved. Even if you never lose another ounce, you know you're a world away from where you were.

Uber, I thought that the woman on the right was the woman on the left's mother or grandmother! She looks so much older even without faces. Congrats on your success!

You know what pops immediately into my mind...that pretty woman in the flowery dress...she doesn't strike me as someone who can run, really run, for long periods of time or even as someone who would want to. She doesn't strike me at all as the athlete I have come to "know".

This just gave me SUCH a smile....

I am almost positive that the flower dress picture was taken in the summer of 2002... I was forty-one then. I'm just shy of forty-nine now....

I feel SO MUCH YOUNGER now.

And ELIANA-- believe me, running was FAR FROM MY MIND in those days...

And frankly.... a flower dress... now WHAT was I thinking????

I think you look great! It is photos like these that inspire the rest of us to keep reaching for our goals.

Even if you are stalling, it might just be that your body needs a few weeks to adjust. Keep going...I am sure you will make it.
