    L-Hard boiled egg, morrocan chicken, oinons/ssquash/green olive
    S-Turkey and hummus, ww wrap
    D- Beff patty with onions and peppers, broccoli

    B-steel cut oats, NF milk
    L-2 hard boiled eggs, salad w/cucumber, tomato, and pickles, balsamic vinaigrette
    S-greek yogurt, strawberries
    D-buffalo chicken tenderloins, salad, cantaloupe
    S-PB cup
  • B- (stands for brunch again, work sched. messing with my sleep) *BLT 'Taco', Skim milk & a few bites of the chickpea salad I was making.
    S- Deviled egg
    D- Ham roll ups, cauliflower 'mac&cheese', chickpea salad (w/ gr. peppers & tomatoes) & a glass of skim milk
    S- not sure... maybe an ounce of peanuts?

    *for the 'taco' I cut my cheese string into strips longways and layed them in a rectangle on parchment and microwaved til melted then draped it over my cutting board to form taco shape... then filled with lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, bacon & drizzled ranch on top... delish!

    L-small chili, pickled asparagus, 1/2 slice ww bread with pb
    s- apple with splenda cinnamon, cheesestring, cinnamon dolce (very late snack so will have light supper)
    S- salmon and low starch veggies
    Supper will be quite late so probably no late night snack required
  • erm well I skipped the salmon as I needed something a bit more comforting than that. No, not mac and cheese LOL
    I decided to try the recipe for flax pancakes. They weren't very good, I doubt I'd make them again. But I'm glad I gave them a try. I suppose that put my nuts over for the day, but thats the least of my problems ..LOL

    Brunch- Mixed salad with a side of *pizza bread
    Snack- I have a handful of roasted chickpeas left... probably just eat those
    Dinner- bf is taking me out, not sure where we are going... but every place we go has a chicken caeser... so that is my fail safe.

    *pizza bread
    Since I was the only one eating this I only used 1 cheese string... made the "garlic bread" from the ph1 receipes and topped with left over grilled green peppers & Turkey pepperoni (both cut in bite size pieces) then added a pinch of lf mozzarella (to hold on the toppings) and microwaved it a few seconds just til mozza started to melt.
    And voila.... pizza bread!!!!
  • omg, rivergirl, you eat like a hummingbird! I would be fainting with that little food! (or maybe psycho-witch..LOL)

    L- salmon and veggies, followed by skinny cinnamon dolce latte
    s- protein bar (yeah I know but I was stuck at the hospital)
    S- sliced steak over salad, 3 cheese ranch dressing
    s- ? if I have one it'll probably be cottage cheese with yogurt or the 1 min chocolate cake
    IE- walking, as best I can do under the health circumstances, 1/2 hour
  • Phase 2
    B - Black tea, steel cut oats with mixed berries, veggie sausage, poached egg, low-sodium vegetable juice
    L - leftover spaghetti-squash casserole (with spinach, tomato sauce and cottage cheese)
    S- some tuna & white bean salad
    D - Grilled scallops with stir-fried peppers, broccoli and sweet potato, tomato/cucumber salad
    S/dessert - nonfat Greek yogurt with 1 oz almonds & walnuts

    1497 cal.

    Lost another lb today (3 so far in P1). Still nursing 4-m-o full time, so trying to eat well for the little one too. Jumped on the trampoline for 30 mins today too for some exercise.

    Going to make some ricotta chs muffins tonight for breakfasts... Hope they turn out good!

    s-SB protein bar (at hospital again)

    D- vanilla ricotta creme, skinny hazelnut latte
