    I am happy to see a few more people checking in I a still plugging along as well. I had a tiny weak weekend, but I just ejoyed a few things, rather than my usual gorge of a mistake. I really felt like it was an NSV, even though I fell off plan a bit. I am right back, and working hard. I feel so much better when I am ON.

    I have been doing a lot of gardening already, and I can't wait till my flowers fill in some. I LOVE LOVE LOVE flowers, almost as much as I love love love cake. I love making and creating things......I am such a nerd..ha ha.

    I am going to update my ticker, and am looking forward to doing it again in a week or so with a small loss. I want to be like Jillian when I grow up

  • Hey girls

    I have recommited to LA and I did a take off and am down 3 pounds already. Just have to keep it off. I will start exercising soon. Right now take off was all I could handle too weak to exercise. I am getting what I gained back off and more by July.. I am meeting much resistance from my Dh and kids so I am going to need support!!!

    Another busy week gone and I am really looking forward to this weekend. Only wish it was sunny...it has been raining all week and hardly any sunshine.I am feeling great after losing another 1.4 lbs this week...I heard you can lose up to 20 lbs on maintenance and I am really enjoying eating more food and losing

    Anyone else has any story to share regarding losing on maintenance?
