  • Quote: Kmelody- Kudos to you for admitting to liking anything Kesha!! Haha, I was making a cd with tik tok and my friend saw it so I finally had to admit that it grew on me... Almost as shaming as a Hilary Duff or Spice Girl song...
lolol I just got the game Just Dance for the Wii and I've been having so much fun dancing to the Spice Girls. In my opinion the best songs for working out to are always the cheesiest, preferably from the 80's or 90's.
  • I am the queen of cheesey lol
    Ice, Ice, Baby
    Can't Touch This
    Regulators
    Gin and Juice
    Fergalicious
    Paradise City (Guns N Roses)
  • Mine is mainly country:

    Carrie Underwood - Undo It
Carrie Underwood - Songs Like This
    Jake Owen - Tell Me
Kenny Chesney - Ain't Back Yet
    Jason Aldean - Crazy Town
Joe Nichols - Gimmie That Girl
Eric Church - **** on The Heart

    Non-Country:
    Switchfoot - Mess Of Me
  • I like a lot more pop-py music especially while doing cardio.
A lot of mine have already been mentioned but
    David Guetta - Sexy Chick
stereos - turn it up & throw your hands up
social code - 10 seconds to go
incura - here to blame & the greatest con
    shawn desman - shiver
    Danny Fernandes - Fantasy
  • Great list! I've been looking for songs to add to my ipod for working out. Thanks for the good ideas!
  • I'm a cheesy song worker outer. I love em. They allow me to dance on the stairmaster.

Also, old school Ricky Martin (in Spanish). Awesome.
  • Pokerface - Lady Gaga
    Atrevete - Calle 13
    Toma - Pitbull
    Satisfaction - Benny Bennasi
hot n' cold - katy perry
when you were young (techno remix) - the killers
Yeah! - Usher, Ludacris, Lil' Jon
    Whenever, Wherever - Shakira
    Waves - DJ Satomi
    Se Vale To-to - Calle 13
    La Loba - Shakira
  • I don't have much on my iPod at the moment:

Katy Perry and Timbaland - If we ever meet again
    La Roux - Bulletproof
Queen - Its a kind of magic
    Kanye West - Stronger
Miley Cyrus - See you again
Britney Spears - Piece of me
Michael Jackson - Wanna be starting something

Everytime there is a chorus when I'm on a cardio machine I go hardcore. Really good for interval training.
  • Single Ladies - Beyonce
    Push It - Salt&Peppa
    3 - Britney
Don't Stop the Music - Rihanna
    TikTok - Kesha
Pump Up the Jam - not sure...
    Poker Face - Lady Gaga

most of this I would NEVER listen to outside of the gym, but I can't help getting excited every time these songs come on while I'm working out!
  • MdChick now i have Push It in my head... and the image of the girl singing it in Grandma's Boy! LOL
  • Listen to stand up comedy or books on tape! Unlike a song that lasts 5 minutes, these can last for awhile and so you keep going and going not wanting to turn them off.
  • Here's mine!
    Gimme More-Britney
    Let it Rock- Kevin Ruldolph
    Starstrukk- 3OH!3
    Don't Trust Me- 3OH!3
    Carry Out- Justin Timberlake/Timbaland

Also I like most NOFX and early Slipknot...
  • Feral - I know, right!! Every time I listen to that song I think about that movie... SO funny lol
  • A lot of good workout songs! How about:

Sex on Fire - Kings of Leon
    Funhouse - Pink
    Misery Business - Paramore
  • I like rock n' roll, especially from 1965-74. Something about the driving rhythm and drums really gets me going. So here's mine:

Fortunate Son -- Creedence Clearwater Revival
    Cherry Cherry -- Neil Diamond
Start Me Up -- Rolling Stones

    Magic Carpet Ride -- Steppenwolf
You Shook Me All Night Long -- AC/DC
Born In The USA -- Bruce Springsteen
I Wanna Be Sedated -- Ramones
