    I took Corti-trim for months and months...recently (umm...4mo or so ago), I ran out and tried a similar product. I HATED the other one...couldn't tolerate it. It made me really sick, so I stopped taking it. I've been without CT for a long time and as of now I see no reason to pick it back up. I see good losses without it for right now. Maybe when I have a good money month, I'll splurge and get it again, but no time soon. SO in short...yeah it works, but the plan works without it too.

    Does anyone know of any substitutes out there for MRC-6 or Corti-trim?
    I went to the consultation and the cost stopped me along with the 40 mile drive to the center but I was really interested in the fast weight loss supplements that they offered. Thank you.
