  • Cool to see someone at the same place I am. I went from 267-168 and ended up gaining and maintaining 172-176 for 2 years. After getting up to 185, I decided it's time to go all the way!

  • Welcome back! Glad to see you back in action - although maintaining is certainly action in itself! Yay for a scale break - I am taking one, too until May 1! I have the same love/hate thing going on.

  • Would Jillian's 30 Day Shred and The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout be considered HIIT or no? :| Jillian, on the Last Chance Workout actually states it is HIIT but I am just wondering what y'all think about it?
