Howdy chica!!! How's the workouts going?
Ok, so my running has been doing well. I'm up to 1.5 miles, split up in 1 mile and .5 miles, with walking in between. I signed up for a 5K in June, so that gives me a few months to get ready for it. I'm excited.
I'm down to 157.8 this morning, so that was nice. I was up yesterday to 159.6, so I was happy this morning.
Hiya Chica!!!!!!!! It's been relapse week for me

Hardly worked out at all, ate like a pig(had ribs and fries at Outback) and proceeded that lose a 1/2 pound at my fat club last night lol.
I don't think I have been eating enough

, so I am going to increase my calorie intake as I have been stuck at 139 for 3 weeks.
As for working out I have been in a rut, so I hope that when BL comes back on tonight, I will re-motivate myself. I need to find something new to do.
Jillian just came out with a new yoga workout, so I think I'm going to give it a try.
