  • I sew, making comfort quilts for children and our wounded service people.

I try to clean the house better. I'm trying to do my baby steps with Flylady.

Stopped watching much TV, because I tend to mindlessly munch. When the cooking shows come on PBS, it's like a big old giant neon sign saying "food, must eat food now" I read a lot more, online and books.

    Play wii and exercise.
  • Reading - this is a big one. I've been hitting the used book stores where I live and adding to our home "library". I'm not sure what I love more - the actual book, or paying $1.35 for it.
Baking - although I'm okay at baking and cooking, if I'm the one making the food, I don't feel an overwhelming urge to eat all of it. Sometimes I think I just like being around food.
Home reno - I've painted the kitchen and have now moved on to the bedroom. I love having a project, and seeing the results of all that hard work.
Blogs, blogs, blogs - Home decorating, style blogs, fitness blogs, I freaking love the internet.
Playing with a two year old - it's fun, and it often involves a lot of energy just to keep up with him.
