  • I love those weight watcher cream cheese containers..they are so good! Also really love wholly guacamole..they make a 100 calorie one and it's perfect for sandwiches and wraps!
  • 1 TBS olive oil mayo + a couple squirts of yellow mustard is my choice for most sandwiches.
  • HUMMUS!! Its the best thing ever! And quite healthy
I love Sabbra's Sun Dried Tomato.
  • Oh, and yesterday I spread a little bit of WW cream cheese on a Bagel Thin, sprinkled some Pampered Chef Dill mix on it, then put a slice of cheese and three slices of honey ham. It was SO good!
  • Quote: I used to use a hot cherry pepper spread on my heroes, but you have to be a hot pepper type of chick for that, LOL!

I love Lenny's Sub Shop version of that. They sell it in 8oz jars in the store. It is, in my opinion, far and away the best condiment for a sandwich. I have tried to make my own, but it is actually cheaper and better tasting to just buy it in the jar.
  • I second the honey mustard! I love it with any sandwich and also as a dip for carrots. I also like salad spritzers on sandwiches.
  • Quote: ok..you might think this is strange but whenever I eat turkey, chicken or ham sandwiches, I spread on a thin layer of jellied cranberry sauce on the bread..it gives my sandwich a nice tangy zip. Another condiment I use regularly is SF raspberry jam. If you've ever eaten a deep fried monte cristo sandwich in a restaurant, they always serve them with raspberry jam so i decided to try it at home on a cold sandwich and its delicious! Try it, you wont be disappointed!
I LOVE rasberry jam on meat sandwhiches.

I am also big or avocado or hummus. I am going to have to try the laughing cow cheese.
  • I buy the creamy horseradish sauce and it is unbelievable on roast beef sammies with low-fat swiss. It is very low calorie, i think 10 per TBS maybe.
