  • um. Hi. Hottie.

so I was just about to come on here and complain about how I don't feel like working out today. Needless to say I am about to go on a jog now. Thanks for the motivation! I would love to look like you do right now!

AND GOOD JOB!!! Your work is obviously paying off!!
  • Wow! You look absolutely amazing! I have so far to go, but your post is really inspiring.

Hi from another Australian girl, too!

    xx
  • Wow! If I hadn't just come from the gym that would have gotten me off my computer! Great job!
  • you look amazing!
  • You do look great.... and are blessed with a flat tummy. Some of us will never have that, no matter how much we lose! I have a permanent gut!
  • Wow wow wow! I am so impressed. So could you post your workout schedule? I know that's weird but I'm having trouble figuring how you can actually do that much
  • Wow you look great! I definitely don't look that toned when I'm at 145! Congrats
  • gosh you look awesome. Huge motivator thank you!!!
  • Thanks guys

I'm glad its a motivator! I'm a really big believer in anyone can do it (especially if I can lol :P)

Slai - my stomach isnt naturally flat either, I actually have a really sway back which pushes it right out, and i'm prone to bloating :P core work helped pull it in a bit but I still have that "pooch" but on the lower tummy. I have decided I like it, it's feminine lol. (and if you can't get rid of something you may as well make peace with it! hehe)

aneleh - Its been about building muscle tone, I actually dropped down to 112 pounds at one time and STILL looked untoned with a podgy round stomach. Weights are a girls best friend

crcossel - Yeah, it does seem a fair bit, and it probably is but exercise is my hobby so I love to just jump in and do it. I like to keep it varied so I dont get bored either. My schedule though looks a little like this:

Monday - Dragonboat practice (1 - 1.5hr on water with land warm up) - I will also sometimes do a spin class with short warm up run in the morning (if I can drag my butt out of bed early enough! :P)
Tuesday - at the moment its treadmill run (30 mins) and weights (sometimes a spin class as well... like this evening). I'll be starting a Zumba class with a friend though in Feb and it'll be Tuesday evenings. There is also a land session for dragonboating in the morning which I sometimes go to (it's like bootcamp)
    Wednesday - same as monday
Thursday - gym with a friend, I do a 30 minute run on the treadmill and then a spin class and afterward we do a good stretch session
    Friday - run and weights
Saturday - dragonboat practice in the AM (water session - 1 - 1.5hr and then sometimes a land session as well)
    Sunday - run and weights.

NOW - I dont do this every week. I DO have days off when I feel like it and if my body feels tired I dont push it. I like exercise, but I dont want to hurt myself :P and I try and walk as much as I can rather than take the car (i.e. to the gym...but I am lucky in the the gym is only a couple of kms away).

...and yes, I do have a full time job :P
  • Hottie~~ Keep up the good work!!
