Gosh I don't know. But it was me, I'd do one of two things. 1. Increase the calories by 100-200 a day and do that for a month and then dip back down to 1200. OR 2. I'd go on a low-carb diet to really change things up.
I'm not changing my breakfast. I love it.


I know increasing calories works for some people, but I don't think that would work for me. I'm in my late forties and I just don't think my motor burns that fast anymore.
Lower carb does seem to help, but for me, I don't see myself sustaining really low carb over time. I eat a lot of vegetables.
