Bowl all bran with skimmed milk and honey
Bowl oatmeal with sultanas and honey
Definately a much better today. I got a Wii Fit and played with it much of today. A lot of fun. Also went to a pilates class and cooked some good food.
B: carrot cake pancakes-these were really good. with a little honey on top, and a sugar free latte
L: greek yogurt smoothie with frozen mixed berries, whey protein
S: whole grain toast with peanut butter, reduced sugar strawberry preserves
D: Eggplant and pasta (and egyptian take on eggplant parmesan), tossed salad with balsamic vinagrette, and glass of shiraz.

I'm getting a wii fit too! My Mum's visiting from Dublin next week and bringing it with her as I haven't been able to find one here. Can't wait to try it out. Lots of the girls in the office here have them and love them too.

Quorn southern style burger in a small wholemeal roll with salad and extra light mayo

Bowl oatmeal with sultanas and honey
Not my best eating yesterday but not terrible I suppose

D: slice of whole grain bread with peanut butter and low sugar strawberry preserves
And a little bittersweet chocolate
