not sure if anyone is even looking, but my problem is solved about going to the bathroom... it was either the calcium supplements I was taking (supposed to take them with magnesium to offset) or lack of fiber... I fixed both.
I took alli, it worked great for me for weekend because it helped me always make good choices if we went out to eat. I knew if I ate something fatty I would be in trouble! I've always thought alli was pretty safe if used in the correct dosage.
I've researched Alli extensively, but have yet to purchase it. I would love to hear feedback- I'm a college student and don't want to buy something (especially something so expensive) if I don't know if it works! lol
I was prescribed Orlistat for 2 years and finally came off it in October last year. I went from taking it 2 or 3 times a day to zero with no side effects. I've not had any health problems either whilst I was taking it or since. I've actually lost a further 5lbs since stopping.
I do sometimes take it once a day... with the meal that's got fat really... sometimes my other meals don't have enough to make a difference. I still see results...
