  • heellooooo? Alli anyone?
    Nobody out there anymore???? awww...
  • well..
not sure if anyone is even looking, but my problem is solved about going to the bathroom... it was either the calcium supplements I was taking (supposed to take them with magnesium to offset) or lack of fiber... I fixed both.
  • I took alli, it worked great for me for weekend because it helped me always make good choices if we went out to eat. I knew if I ate something fatty I would be in trouble! I've always thought alli was pretty safe if used in the correct dosage.
  • Alli Thread
Anyone know if there's a new one up? Or is this now the only one? Anyone have any news on how their loss is going on Alli?
  • I've researched Alli extensively, but have yet to purchase it. I would love to hear feedback- I'm a college student and don't want to buy something (especially something so expensive) if I don't know if it works! lol
  • I was prescribed Orlistat for 2 years and finally came off it in October last year. I went from taking it 2 or 3 times a day to zero with no side effects. I've not had any health problems either whilst I was taking it or since. I've actually lost a further 5lbs since stopping.

  • wow...
That's awesome!! I've been on mine a week and I'm hoping with my plan it will be a great experience...
  • yeah...
It looks like Alli will be ok. I had pain in my stomach at first, but better now. I have officially been on alli a week today, and am down 4 lbs!!

  • I've just started taking Alli as well. But I only use it with my evening meal. I don't eat much fat during the day.

Has anyone ever had success when taking minimal dosages rather than the full dosage? I may start taking it at lunch too. But for now it's just dinner.
  • small doses...
I do sometimes take it once a day... with the meal that's got fat really... sometimes my other meals don't have enough to make a difference. I still see results...
