has anyone tried hula hooping for excersize?

    hula hooping is good for health. most of people trying hooping as exercise as well as hobby . There are many of our student learning hula hooping for as exercise.
  • The hula hoop can be an amazing tool with proper diet and dedication. Hula hopping can be a multi muscle exercise especially when you add more moves like halo, vortex, other movement other than waist hooping. I have been hooping for at least 5 years and it changed my life. It made me more confident and happy with my life. I am a dancer now with my hoop.

    I have an almost 7yo who is ATTACHED. When i'm home, he does not want me to leave. Like, ever.

    I don't want to do AM exercise, i'm much more motivated to do something with my body AFTER work, rather than before. But what exercise can I do while still at home and hanging with DS and his buddies (we live in a co-op)? Answer-hooping!!!

    Now I just need to get a battery-operated speaker to take outside and we'll be good to go. There are tons of hoops hanging around, so if I take a bunch out, I can keep the kids off mine.

    I'll post back on how I do.
