im struggling to lose these 15 lbs and cant seem to kick it up when i exercise i dont seem to go any lower than 135lbs which doesnt leave me with much room when i gain a couple of lbs..i dont suit this weight i look much better in the 130lbs
To be honest, I really don't exercise that strenuously due to an injury I have with my lower back and right leg but when I do exercise it is mostly core training and a bit of weight lifting for about 20-30 minutes. I do about 7 routines, 3 sets each with 10-20 reps.Originally Posted by touchmytoes
hiya, what kind of diet and exercise routine where you doing?im struggling to lose these 15 lbs and cant seem to kick it up when i exercise i dont seem to go any lower than 135lbs which doesnt leave me with much room when i gain a couple of lbs..i dont suit this weight i look much better in the 130lbs
Although I do exercise here and there, I usually see the scale work in the opposite direction (adding pounds) probably because of water retention from not working out on a consistent level and also not enough variation in my routines. What I would suggest, which works for me, is just concentrating more on the dieting aspect for now and when you reach a weight you want to maintain, then up the ante on the workout routines and create more variations.
