  • I am new here and am really enjoying reading everyone's successes. I am starting on phase 1. And this is day 1.

    B:V-8, 1/2 c. egg beaters w/ 1 laughing cow wedge, 12oz skinny cafe latte w/ SF vanilla
    S:1 string cheese
    L:chx breast on romaine w/ yogurt blue cheese dressing
    S:1 c SF jello, celery stalk and 1 cheese wedge
    D:mixed greens w/ 1 oz turkey and 1 oz shredded cheese and blue cheese dressing and tomato wedges and SF jello
    S:coffee with creamer and sugar
  • Sunday plan:

    B: crockpot porridge with blueberries & walnuts
    S: carrots & hummus
    L: leftover Mediterranean Vegetable stew
    S: Greek yogurt & smart bran
    D: Quorn roast with veggies, sauteed kale

    exercise: walk outside?, abs & core, Wii in moderation
