My menu for yesterday sucked really bad
L: Leftover fish pie
D: Tapas bar - Prawns on a skewer with coconut curry and rice, breaded brie with jam. A lot of wine.
Here's my menu for today. A little lean on the fruits and vegetables. Maybe that needs to be my goal for next month.
B: greek yogurt with raspberries, blueberries, homemade granola, sugar free latte
L: turkey apple salad
D: turkey enchilada, low carb hot chocolate
Dessert: poached pear in red wine sauce (its actually half a pear which is why I have so many of these)
I seem to be talking to myself today.
B: Canadian Bacon and Egg pita pocket, sugar free latte

D: turkey enchilada, big tossed salad with raspberry vinagrette, poached pear in red wine sauce.
