femmecreole- I agree SB will be taking a day off Thursday! I will not gorge, but I will eat delicious forbidden food and not feel guilty because I've been doing pretty well otherwise.

meelsie- hangover? oh no!

Today is my first day on phase 1.5, I did pretty well on phase I and am planning on not adding too many carbs back into rotation. I think they will only be once in a while things. I'm not a big oatmeal fan, and only have a small amount of time in the morning to eat breakfast on work days, anyone have any good ideas for breakfasts on-the-go other than V8 and hb egg?? Otherwise I'm really enjoying consuming lots of veggies and proteins.
