Judy - yay for you - finding a meeting next Friday. You are in the zone - way to go on that scale moving on down. What are your plans for Thanksgiving?
4mygirls - welcome. Georgia is right - start small. My first step was no drive thru. If I wanted fast food I could have it but I knew myself well enough that I would not park and go in (and let people see me). Two plus years later and 93 pounds released I have not been to a drive thru.
OK - it's quiet - I've been guilty of lurking this week - is it contagious? What are everyone's plans for the upcoming foodfest? I do plan to enjoy the main meal - hopefully with some smaller portions. Not hosting this year will make leftovers less of an issue.
I have a huge NSV for me - I am doing a local Turkey Trot Thursday morning - will get me moving and give back to the community - the proceeds go to a local nature sanctuary. The event is along the Missouri River - I've always wanted to do it - this is the year!

I did have a lovely Chardonay with the meal. Best part was avoiding the bread, 2nd best part was staying w/i my points for the day. Tonight is another out to dinner night. The place has regular meals or buffet. This could be harder to deal with. I'll do my best.
