NOVEMBER - One reason you will stay on plan today

  • Because I only need 2lbs to get out of the 220's!
  • Because I need to lose only one more pound to get my ticker moving again -- and that's loooonnnnnnggggg overdue!!!!!
  • Because I really want to stop being so fat.
  • Because the scale is moving... and NOT in the direction I want it to!
  • Because I don't want to hate myself.
  • Because I just *love* getting to move my ticker down!
  • I don't want diabetes!
  • Because I feel so much better when I'm OP.
  • Because I've been off plan for too long and clearly it's not doing me any good.
  • Because I have a cordoroy skirt and tights in my very near future, and that scares me.
  • Because I Love the thrill when my Wii Fit (Or the scale) tells me I lost weight, I just need to get out of the Obese catigory.

    And because 43 days from now I'll be going to hawaii and want to make every effort I can to look my best by then.
  • because I'm so sick of re-gaining and re-losing the same few pounds, I just want to see the 240s in the next 2 weeks!
  • Because I have my period and if I stick with my eating, I'll see a nice loss at the end of this week!
  • Because I can't WAIT to experience what it's like to be a normal weight! I don't want to delay it any longer!
  • Because I'll see my mom in three weeks for Thanksgiving and if anyone will notice I've lost weight, it'll be my mom!
