  • Okay.... I'm going to try this out. When you mentioned "ice cream"... you had me... I soooo miss ice cream!
  • I'm having such a duh moment. I can't believe I had not thought to freeze my yogurt. I freeze everything. I'm off to toss one in the freezer right now.
  • Catching up on some old threads from when I was off on my road trip. I can add that freezing yogurt cups and then having them thaw back out doesn't mess with them at all. I used this trick to pack 4 days of yogurts for the camping portion of my trip.

I've found if f they partially defrost they're great. In fact that's what I sometimes do on purpose. Freeze rock solid - let sit out about an hour or so. Or if it's in a bag or something (when I'm on the go), not left out on the counter, they can go much longer and only partially thaw out, up to 3 - 4 hours. BUT if for some reason they completely thaw out, I've always found them to be water-y and yuck. At least the ones I've tried.
  • Hey, I do this too every night for "dessert" and have been for months now
  • That sounds good! Have to try it
