i love playing games with my scale.
So I'll hop on before I pee and then after, to see if anything changes.
Or I'll weigh with jeans and then without jeans.
Or I'll try standing on one foot and then the other.
I feel like this keeps it fun...and I like to see how my "low" weights are slowly becoming my "i'm wearing jeans AND i have to pee" weights.
But for my weekly "official", update the ticker weigh in, its Wednesday mornings, after I've used the restroom, in just panties, normally at about 8am.
I go to my Dr's office every Saturday morning, before breakfast, and weigh myself. I wear the same outfit every time I weigh in, so I am not trying to figure out "well, do my clothes weigh more this week than the outfit from last week did?" I do weigh myself during the week, first thing in the morning, when I'm at the gym sometimes..but the only weigh in that really counts is at my Dr's office on Saturday.
