I haven't fallen off the face of the earth. What a day Saturday was, at seven in the morning I got a call from the bank to come and change my pin number seems someone was trying to use it. I haven't used it in a long time and the health food store was the last place. Its a reputable place and I know its been in business since we moved into the area 28 years ago. The the power supply on our modem went, good thing we noticed it right a way because it was really hot when Dh unplugged it so we had to wait till the server shipped us a new one. So also some worry about my grown up kids was in the books, but I guess you are a parent forever, right.
glad to see everyone survived the weekend.

Hello all, sorry no time for personals swamped at work. DH BB is dead the good news is they are ordering a new one at no charge, but he has no cell phone for a couple of days.

Tonight I have to get some exercise in as I did not get my walk in today at lunchtime.

Morning all-- a little cheater here feeling guilty-- made an apple crumble (whole oats, apple, agave syrup, and LF butter sub) for the family last night and couldn't resist!
Could phase 1.5 have apple and oats in it?
