    you presume right re the CW and GW, but this is just a 5 week challenge, so your goal weight should be what you would like to have achieved by the start of November!

  • Thanks Rainbow and Lil Pixie, and have weighed myself this a.m and am back to 192 - phew, phew and phew again - so we can put that in for this week's weight, think I'll stick to 182 as the goal now though

    That is funny that I said Food - Freudian huh!

    would like to go for 2lb a week BUT I know that I will no doubt have an off week or 2 so will just settle for 8lbs off in that time

    I actually showed a loss this week!!! After 2 months of holding steady between 153 and 154 I'm finally going in the right direction!!

    Weighed in this morning at 152.6, I know it's little, but I'll take what I can!!

    I'm at 166....I keep going between 167, 166, 165...that's it and it's driving me NUTS!! One day I did show 164 but it went right back up....::sigh::
  • Congrats everyone who's lost! You're doing so great!!! I'm actually really proud of myself because I've started working out on a consistent basis (YAY)! My GF and I made a bet-- whoever loses the most weight by New Years wins bragging rights, as well as $200!!! I'm not prepared to lose this battle. I walked 2 miles today, and am planning a workout for later in the evening. At least I'm no longer letting my diet do all the work for me. I'll weigh in in about a day or so. Hopefully I'll reap the benefits of the changes I've made!

    Welcome to the newcomers I think I've updated everyone - this is harder than it looks. Sorry for the delay - everytime I sit down at the conmputer my 3 year old distracts me

  • well 1lb down...dont ask me how cus I really havent been good.
    I truly cannot get back into exercise what so ever, went for a run last week nearly killed me and i was soooo good with exercise in august and start of sept then crept away from it..and now i feel like im back at the beginning afraid of the gym!!

    motivation seems to have left me behind!!

  • Weighed in at 157.8 today!! So a little under a lb lost, but I'm so glad to see those number moving again.
