you presume right re the CW and GW, but this is just a 5 week challenge, so your goal weight should be what you would like to have achieved by the start of November!

I'm actually really proud of myself because I've started working out on a consistent basis (YAY)! My GF and I made a bet-- whoever loses the most weight by New Years wins bragging rights, as well as $200!!! I'm not prepared to lose this battle.
I walked 2 miles today, and am planning a workout for later in the evening. At least I'm no longer letting my diet do all the work for me. I'll weigh in in about a day or so. Hopefully I'll reap the benefits of the changes I've made!
