    Yesterday was fine on calories, had a beer last night after dinner but adjusted my other calories to compensate. Still under target by about 100, which makes me feel better after my over Wednesday. Got in some exercise, so all is good.

    Today:
    E: was planning on the park after work, but looks like it might rain...
    B: kashi go lean w/ skim, dried fruit & almond sliver mix, some sliced banana, coffee, the rest of the banana
    S: no morning snack, eating lunch early today, meeting this afternoon
    L: grilled chicken salad
    S: string cheese, lf yogurt w/ blueberries & go lean crunch
    D: going out somewhere
    S: depends on dinner
  • Still here through today, Saturday will be busy (wedding, trip prep) and we leave Sunday!

    B - 2 sl light bread, 1 tbsp PB, 1 tbsp apple butter
    S - Asian Pear, laughing cow
    L - Leftover beef stew
    S - Popcorn
    D - Sandwich on baguette, turkey breast and veggies
    S - Maybe something after show (seeing a musical tonight...early birthday present)

    E - got up early to squeeze in 60 min cardio
