Hey Redkat! Congrats on your success so far and your determination to jump back on the wagon if you happen to fall off. My problem has also been with bingeing and overeating. The one thing I keep on reading about and forcing myself to remember though is that the next day no matter how horrible and huge my stomach feels, to NOT starve yourself. It makes sense...oh I must've consumed 5,000 calories last night which means I'll just starve myself all day today. Hopefully you're not doing that. Always be sure to get at least 1,200 calories in the day even if you binged the night before. That way your metabolism won't slow down and you'll be able to burn off those calories gained from the bingeing all that much easier!
