  • You are doing great.....and making small changes. The impact of a small change is not as overwhelming as trying to change all at once. I've always struggled with getting in my water. Now I find that the only way I will drink water is with crystal light, and they tease me at work because I carry around my crystal light bottle everywhere....but I get my water in.
    Most important, you started-I think that is the hardest thing is to just start. You are down 10 pounds already, and 5 in less than a week. Just keep it up, don't stop now. YOU ARE WORTH THE EFFORT!!!!
