  • I've never tried that, might have a go. I do know I would eat 1,000 calories of chocolate as a snack, sometimes on a daily basis.

I had a discovery the other way round - been reading 'French women don't get fat' and she was talking portion control. She said that we should work at trying to get our meat, for example, down to 170 grams (and then work on going lower) but 170 would be a radical drop. So I tried with cooked chicken (and veggies) - and I could NOT finish 170gm, it was way too much!
Sometimes we find we've learned things!
  • My favorite burgers were Ruby Tuesdays, for 105% daily fat (JUST the burger). There were days I could polish off two large Dominos pizzas, extra cheese, all by myself, and still have room for a candy bar. And that's not even including my strong taste for real soda.

Of course, the urge to eat like that hasn't gone away. And I've never been able to get rid of my craving for pizza. Now, I just sacrifice some english muffin pizzas to the Id dog every once in awhile, and hope it'll ignore me long enough so I can balance my calories for the day.
