  • I love smoothie's - homemade of course so they aren't loaded with sugars.
    I also treat myself to dark chocolate once a day. This really helps me curb my sweet tooth for worse stuff.
  • I must confess, I ate a chocolate chip cookie just because it was there. I didn't plan for it.

    It was just sitting there saying eat me so I did.

    I counted in my food log so now I have to make adjustments for the remainder of the day.
