  • Quote: I can completely understand not wanting to change anything when you're doing such a great job. I've been sticking with only the "clear" supplements and am a tad afraid of adding in any creamy ones.

So, did you not take any of the pills at all that they try to sell you? Just the clear HNS's....because that's all I purchased today, except for the bottle of mineral stuff that came with the package deal. I sure hope I don't have to take all those pills they listed on that sheet....the HNS's are expensive enough, and most of the other items I can get over the counter so much cheaper...espcially the Multi Vit., but she said today that not all are alike...so now I wonder if that was a scare tactic so you buy theirs because they are almost double for what I pay for them.

I originally bought one of the "packages" that they offered and it came with some of the supplements. I had already bought the multi-vit & flax at the grocery store (which they were completely fine with). Yesterday, after talking to several friends who have been on the program I bought the MRC6. They all swear by it and say that it helped them get rid of their back fat, love handles, etc. I figured I would give it a try and if it's not working then I won't buy it again. People on here say there is an alternative that you can buy in the store and that might be wise if if is significantly cheaper. (In my opinion, if it's only a couple of dollars cheaper I would just go with their stuff. But something like the vitamins & flax, find somewhere where they're cheap and buy them there.) They have never pressured me into buying any supplements or extra products.
  • I have done really well, I think, on program and take my own Multi-vitamin and flax. I cannot do the All Day because of thyroid, but I hear that may be worth it. I do take the MRC-6,but when this bottle is gone will replace it with the NOW brand alternative.

What is it called and where do you get it? And the cost?
  • Now Vinegar Cider or something like that and I bought it at Vitamin Cottage for under $10. I think Meemo suggested it a while ago.
