    You can't change what you don't acknowledge. And you have just acknowledged "it". Big, first important step. And now on to the next part - the change. Change is a wonderful thing. It's a time of adventure, growth and self-discovery. You CAN do this.

    Good for you! You know, I think it's less healthy to try to keep something buried that is gnawing away at us (such as knowing when we've gained weight, even if we don't want to face it), than it is to face it and address it. Addressing it isn't always easy, but living life after having addressed it, usually is And now that's the fabulous path you are on
