Setting aside the health requirements because I am not a diabetic so I don't know how this would need to be adjusted for you but I find I am much better off to have a high quality, highly satisfying sweet treat than to eat crappy sweets. Crappy pudding in a cup is just going to lead me to more crappy pudding or something else to try and gain satiation. When I started eating higher quality things like dark chocolate, I found that was much more satisfying. YMMV with the health concerns but maybe consider a small dark chocolate when you are having those cravings and see if that knocks things down.
A very good and probably relatively easier first step is just don't take the stuff to work. Plan reasonably healthy very satisfying stuff to take to work and take that and nothing else. If there are vending machines, leave your money in your car so you have to really inconvenience yourself to go get it and buy something.
Hugs...it will get easier.

These last several months have been sloooooooow at work, so what do I do? Snack. I'd hit the vending machine or head down to the cafeteria and stock up.
