  • Same here! Weekend are always super busy and fullof temptation ( I am a cake decorator and own a little business. Its wedding season... oh and did I mention I am also a cake decorating Instructor. I see CAKE everywhere hahah I love it tho im not complaining. Truthfully it helped me go over my need for cake. I cant take it no more LOL)
    But im happy to report I only cheate donce this weekend, my frozen no fat no sugar treat on saturday just like I plan and nothing else! WOUHOU

    So today:

    Breakfast: Was in a hurry so the same bagel and peanut butter lol

    Lunch: I have a red and green pepper, cucumber, onions and tomatoe salad with a balsamic vinaigrette I make mysef. for protein I have shrimps.

    Dinner: Cajun Chicken grilled with broccoli and zuchinni and salsa.

    Snacks if needed: 11 almonds and cherry tomatoes.

    edit: reading this I realize Im missing some grains.. mmm Ill put some quinoa in those veggies tonight lol
  • Today’s menu (although I feel a little bit alone on this section lol where is everyone Kim???)

    Breakfast: Omelette with broccoli and asparagus with a little bit of feta cheese.

    Lunch: Thai Shrimps with sauté vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, onions and zucchini) Oh did you say I like shrimps? YES lol

    Snack: 1 small orange

    Dinner: Whole wheat spaghetti with a tomato lentil sauce.
