
Today was good!!! Since I missed my 25 minute walk/jog yesterday I bolted out there this morning and got it done. My exercise class today was brutal.... We ran around stadium bleachers and I was drenched in sweat by the end (woohoo!). I'm honestly ecstatic about my progress so far.... I'm finally noticing some exciting changes in my body. My face looks a little slimmer, my stomach has shrunk, and my chest is smaller too.... I'm slowly starting to look better in my clothes
. Only thing I didn't do (again) today was clean the house. I WILL be getting back on that... I'm just SO TIRED right now! Oh, and my diet was perfect today. I haven't drank anything but water since Sunday, and my strict eating habits are continuing (and producing the first real results I've seen in weeks). Tomorrow is day 5.... so that means.... CHEAT MEAL DAY!!!!!! Once again, I promise that "cheat meals" will still be relatively healthy. I do NOT consider them a time to go "all out". They are simply times when I can deviate a little bit from the VERY STRICT plan I've been following (and man, it is strict. I'm so proud I'm sticking to it). ONLY 8 MORE DAYS OF THIS!!!!!!! I'm ultimately hoping to get to 145 pounds by the end (I weigh 147.8 right now). I've already lost about 2 pounds in 4 days, and I still have 8 days to go.... so this should be doable.
*Edit* After looking at the calories in many of Olive Garden's meals, I've decided to stick with a "cheat meal" of soup, salad and breadsticks (and maybe a fruit dessert if they offer it). I'm super excited because I haven't been able to eat soup or bread (or desserts) since Sunday
