    You look great. I am amazed at the difference between your July photo and the last one. There's a huge difference. How did you lose 11 lbs in one month...or is it two. Wow!

    I think it was about a month and a half. It was a pretty crazy month and a half though -- during that eleven pounds I dropped from a brand new size 12 to a size 8. I didn't realize that eleven pounds could be two pants sizes for a person!
