I was 136 when I graduated high school, the last time I was ever comfortable with my weight. Since I started this weight loss journey at 211, I decided on 141 as my goal because it's close enough to 136 yet it would mean I have to lose an even number of pounds (70). I'm kind of weird that way. lol
I remember being at about 165 and I felt really great - being really active and such. Now I know more about nutrition from school, so I chose my goal as the very highest end of "healthy" according to the BMI. I've never been in that category, ever!
Mine says 160, but that could very well change. I have never been average weight, ever, so I just picked a number from my ideal weight for my height. It will all depend!
i decided mine from when I was in high school I lost some weight not on purpose and my hair was falling out.. SO I know I want to weigh more then I did then.....I am a large frame so I look good at 164-169 nothing smaller.
