You're right!! That's the dumbest mess I've ever heard!! Everybody wants to be an expert!! Even with bad information! I bet 9 times out of 10 she's never had a weigh problem!! Go figure!!

If I had to wait until I was starving and then wait another hour to eat I would eat everything that wasn't nailed down. This is a stupid idea, for sure !

Would the salad have been ok if it had been pureed so that it was only 1-2 cups of food? Oh, wait, you're going to do that with your teeth as you eat it. A bit plate full of salad does not always mean a large amount of food in you stomach.
