    My Goals for for exercise for the month of June include biking 40 minutes to work and back M-F- 3 Gym days with an additional hour of cardio and 2 gym days with 60 minutes of weight lifting.

    My goal for exercise minutes this month is 1000-

    Total Exercise done: 220 minutes

    6/1- 40 minutes Walk with a friend and my dogs (low intensity)
    6/2- 40 minutes biking & 60 minutes (1/2 treadmill & bike)

  • I’m in! Re-vamped my diet program and need some exercise to kick-start the weight loss

  • Okay, I am all over this one!

    -No Soda.
    -8 Cups of Water a Day.
    -No salt to season foods and avoid sodium high foods.
    -Powerwalk at least 30 minutes a day. EDIT: I'm changing this to "Aerobic Exercise at least 30 minutes a day." I have very bad blisters right now from breaking in some new shoes and some things at work, so my normal walks are killing my feet. I'm going to try swimming laps for a few days while they heal.)
    -Drop At Least Five Pounds.
    -Stay on track enough for my grandma to order my my new doll for Christmas (If I'm still on track by the end of his order period, she'll buy him for me. Yay incentives.)

  • June exercise goal: begin run/walk training for half marathon

    This is the plan; I'll update it based on what I actually do.

    6/11/- 4-5mi jog Massive headache this afternoon so this didn't happen, but I went on a 2mi walk instead.
    6/12/- 60 mins non-impact cardio (elliptical or bike) Substituted yesterday's missed 4mi run here; also half-hour walk
    6/14- 10mi run/walk 9.5mi run/walk in 2 hrs!
    6/15- 50-65mins spin Completed 60 mins spin
    6/16-40min jog Completed 40min of running intervals (3min run at 5.5-6mph then 1min walk at 3.3-3.6mph, ten times) plus 5 minutes walking each warm-up and cool-down
    6/17-50-65mins spin Completed 55mins spin
    6/18- 1hr fitness/metabolic rate testing w/ Joey Armstrong**Rescheduled, TBD**did 45mins elliptical this morning instead
    6/19-40-50min jogFAIL. Went out with friends instead.
    6/20- replaced yesterday's missed run with a 4.25mi run on the track in 46 minutes, no walking
    6/21- 90min run/walk FAIL. Just didn't have time.
    6/22-50-65min spin 65min wonderful intense spin
    6/23-30min jog Completed 3mi in 30 mins!!! I NEVER run 10min miles
    6/24-50-65min spin Had a family thing all day out of town so missed spin but managed to get in a mild 2mi hike
    6/25-50min jog Completed 50min walk/run including 6 30-sec balls to the wall intervals
    6/26- 20min bike; cut short by lightning/hail storm
    6/27-40min jog 15mi bike and hike w/ the bf instead; not doing so well on my running plan
    6/28- 10mi run/walk Climbed Cascade Mountain instead; 6mi rt and vertical of about 2000ft
    6/29-50-65min spin Completed 65mins light-ish spin on acct of the hike yesterday
    6/30-45min jog 45min in 15 intervals of 2min running + 1min walking
