I am on the Rapid Results program #1. Does anyone know anything about this program. I just purchase the program from a local LA Weight.

Question are you on plan 3 with the lites? or luna bars?

I am looking for information on plan 1, I have the colored plan information but would love it if someone could tell me where to find the plan 1 information. Also, does anyone have info on the approved frozen meals and/or take out options? Thanks!
