I haven't read the other responses so I apologize if I'm repeating.
Add in some protein at breakfast, ditch the iceberg lettuce and go for a more nutrient dense leafy green, baby spinach is awesome.
I'm trying to use what I have in my house right now, when I go grocery shopping on Tuesday I will buy healthier stuff. I would hate for all of these groceries to go to waste after I bought them lol.
Thanks though for the information, I made out a grocery list and will be buying some of the things mentioned.
