  • I really liked Wolverine and Star Trek. I am hoping we'll go see Terminator this weekend. I almost died with excitement when I saw the Harry Potter trailer. I can not wait for that one! MIGHT have to stand in line with the tweenagers for it on opening night.
  • my son and his girlfriend saw Terminator on Friday--he loved it!!
  • Since last time I replied I've seen Star Trek TWICE, lol. We saw it with one group of friends, then another friend wanted to go a week later and we couldn't say no. It was soooo good, and really solidified my crush on Zachary Quinto.

Now I'm anxiously awaiting The Hangover this weekend... I've got pretty high expectations for it based on the previews, I hope it doesn't let me down.
  • I have seen the Terminator movie. I thought it was great.
  • I'm most looking forward to Harry Potter - I don't even know what other movies are coming out, lol :P
  • Quote: Is the Proposal the one with Sandra Bullock & Ryan Reynolds?? If so that's one my daughter and I may have to get a babysitter for the boy and go see...
That's the one! I definitely recommend it - it's funny and those two are such a great duo. I actually saw the movie w/ my girl and guy friends and the dude loved it! I think it had some of the humor that appeal to guys with a story that appeals to girls - rare comedic feat.

I saw an interview with them--they are friends in real life and are both cut-ups--said they had the best time making this movie...I really would like to see it...
  • ^^ I think I saw that interview at their premiere. I didn't know they knew each other forever - It's no wonder they had such good chemistry in the movie. Hope you get to see it!

I'm excited for The Hangover too! The trailers look hilarious.
  • I had to come back and find this thread today.

Saw The Hangover on Saturday... it was HILARIOUS! Funniest movie I've seen in a long time. Seriously, I think the last time I laughed that much at a movie was way back when The 40-year-old Virgin came out. I highly recommend it to anyone (well, anyone who isn't easily offended, lol). I heard like 3 groups of people chatting about how they wanted to plan a trip to Las Vegas as we left the theater, or saying they wanted to get married so they could have their own bachelor(ette) party, lol.
