Run/Walk/Cardio/etc Exercise Thread - May

  • I'm counting this past weekend as exercise. I spent at least 5 hours climbing up and down hills (some so steep I had to hang onto the trees!) in pursuit of 'shroomies, and then did another 2 hours on Sunday. It was fun, but oh boy, it was work!

    Off to the pool again tonight. Running's going to need to wait until me and my chiropractor try to figure out how I screwed up my back and neck again. If you've ever had your feet go out from under you, and landed squarely on your fanny, you know the bizarre ache/compression/pinch thing that's going on in my entire torso. Grrrr.
  • DH and I finished w2 of the c25k program last night. He was struggling though. We think that he ate dinner too close to running. I had eaten 1 1/2 hours prior and was fine. We start w3 Friday night. : )
  • Swam 60 50-yd swims on 1:00 last night. Makes 7000 yds for May of the 10000 I wanted to do.
