What a great message for a thread!! And you are absolutely right... If you had asked me about this 9-10 months ago, I am sure that I would have laughed in your face--well, maybe not totally laughed, cuz I guess I had to have had some kind of belief in myself in order to start this crazy "journey" in the first place... But I never would have *admitted* that I had the audacity to believe in myself; that's for sure! But now I'm starting to think, Ya know what? I just might actually get there! That is such an awesome, surreal, exhilarating, POWERFUL feeling, and I'm so glad we can all share it!!

Yes we are! For the first time in a long time I truly feel that I can do this.... I have avoided scales since last April when I weighed in at 190 for my DOT physical. Saturday I got brave enough to face the music.....I am now at 147 lbs. My resolve to get thinner is more powerful than ever. I am gonna make it and all of us are gonna do this thing!!

Yeah we can do it!! It's so exciting!! Cant wait to get a bikini for my summer holiday
