  • no, not just a chicken breast, there was some rice and there is always veggies!
    it was a big chicken breast, and i just told my self eat the whole thing, just to see if it would prevent that odd sensation, which i am positive is not true hunger.
    I don't know why i get that feeling. all i can think is it must be some sort of stomach irritation.

    I did make beef stew last night as was the plan. I feel pretty good today, other than depressed cuz work went badly.
  • I go in spurts too and right after work I am starving and sometimes I just eat without even thinking because it is easier when you don't think about it. I have really tried to change my routine after work and keeping myself busy helps me a lot. If I am near the kitchen, I will eat. I also keep carrots and apples on hand so if I do start munching at least it's not so bad. This seems to work for me and I've worked really hard to lose 40 lbs and I am still struggling just to keep it off. I also started running and that really helped to take weight off.
