    Okay, thanks to all of you I have change my ticker to include all of the weight I have lost, not just the weight I have lost since January 1. Lucky I did, because I just weighed myself after being too scared to see the number, and I am up 5 pounds! I'm sure some is water weight, but it's rather depressing to have lost seven and gained back five! However, I am going to use it as motivation to never see the 230's ever again!
