  • That sounds yummy!

My fav snack these days is these Kavli garlic flatbreads and a smoke cheddar cheese 80 calorie stick. Oh. Yum.
  • CF - who is the maker of the smoked cheddar cheese sticks? I love smoked cheeses but haven't been able to find any in portion-controlled packages.
  • Haha, I was always a cereal binger too. I could sit on the couch on a saturday and eat 5-6 bowls of cocoa puffs while watching TV. The only cereal I have int he house now is Kashi go lean... I can't really binge on that, it's too... un-sweet. It makes a good snack though.
  • I too am a cereal binger - it's filling and tastes great!

I also love the WW Fudge Bars. They are big and really curb my sweet tooth. Plus only 110 calories.

Lastly I love lowfat yogurt, throw in a few almonds and top with whip cream - good stuff!
  • The only reason I can safely eat nuts is to buy them and keep them in my desk drawer at work. they never come home with me. I have more control at work since Im busy and in a "routine".

Armstrong Cheddar. They also do regular cheddar, an herbed one and a mozza one? They came in a small box of 10.
  • I'd go off the deep end if I had a box of Cap'n Crunch - you heard me!!! i'm 5!!! hahahah but these have enough of the "hay bale" about them to keep me in check LOL but like everyone says, we all have different things that set us off -- which is why i haven't bought chocolate in 2 1/2 years LOL

    I must find these!

You're one step ahead of me. I can't even have Kashi Go Lean in the house - anymore. I was fine with it for close to a year, and then I found myself going back into that box again and again and again.

I do have cereal in the house. I have 3 children who (luckily) are nothing like their mother and are more then capable of having a "normal" sized portion and leave it at that. But I don't touch it. It's "theirs". And since I HAVE touched it from time to time, we're at a stage where "their" cereal is Cheerios. We just graduated to Multi-Grain Cheerios. So far, so good.
  • Yep! My kids get Cheerio's, puffed Kamut, puffed brown rice or puffed corn. lol!
