Morning all,
Back from Washington last night. A great wedding and a lot of parting. We knew about 75 people so it was a really long party. Elizabeth from Srvivor was there. A real beauty and of course a size 2! The bride was beautiful, and the food was a low carbers delight with tons of protein and not a lot of carbs! Still my tummy is upset as I am having my hifiber this morning to hopefully counteract some of the dreaded side effects.
