I have an omron. It's pretty accurate and doesn't count steps when I'm just moving around. I noticed that Target had some on clearance. I think they were Giaiam brand. I may have the spelling off.

What type of banner, what size? I'll give it a whirl, I've done a few for my websites.

Hey feral- I don't know if you are still looking for a pedometer. I love mine too. It is by OMRON, has a second clippy. One thing I love about it is It keeps a 7 day memory of your steps (will be perfect for this challenge) My MOM got it for me I think it was kinda expensive $30, but I have had it for 2 years now, and it is still going strong!!!! Good luck!

They had them on Amazon for $21, I think. Although, you'd have to wait for shipping.
