I had my book discussion group at my house last night and did not do all that well.

I made a quick bread from a mix and followed the low-fat instructions on the side (applesauce sub'd for oil, eggbeaters sub'd for eggs) and I did have a piece of that. Had slices of Cabot 50% reduced fat cheese, some whole grain crackers, and Planter's nuts (Brazils, cashews, almonds). I didn't stuff myself, but I am sure I had more calories yesterday than I should've. Oh, and I also had a cup of hot chocolate, 150 calories. I was up nearly a pound this morning, and I wonder how much my bad eating last night had to do with that.
