
Welcome Newbies!!!

I am doing well, lost another 2lbs, so 2lbs closer to my goal
. I am happy as a clam. I've been more conscious of what I eat, how much I eat and when I eat. Haven't been able to go to the gym as much these past two weeks because of other things going on, and am bummed about it... but am glad to see the scale moving in the right direction. 
Well I have a few more minutes before starting another load of laundry and putting the kiddies stuff away... so I am going to try and catch up on the posts I missed these past few days.

Oh, Ranger Chic--- Did you ever get a protein drink or protein powder? Was wondering what one you went with?
